Sûrote - elderflower berlinner weisse
Sour mixed-fermentation beer infused with elderflower. Citrusy and refreshing.
100% Geneva malt
IBU: 5 – 3.7% ABV.
Vieille Pièce 2020 - Oud bruin
Sour mixed fermentation beer, Oud Bruin style. Barrel-aged for 4 years. Great complexity, rich and beautiful acidity.
100% Geneva malt.
IBU: 5 – 7.8% vol.
De la Maille - IPA 100% wheat
IPA 100% wheat malt. Heavily hopped. Accessible, super fruity.

L'Apicole - Braggot, collab' avec Père Jakob
Super-dry medieval honey beer made with linden honey, aged 18 months in white wine barrels. Disgorged and carbonated using the traditional Champagne method.
100% Geneva malt, 100% local honey.
