Seasonal and limited-edition beers
The brewery produces innovative beers to complement its core range, always highlighting local products and always with malt from Geneva. Some of these beers may be available for a limited period during the year, while others may be ephemeral and produced only once. Limited availability in bottles and kegs.

Micro IPA, generously dry-hopped with Comet. Aromas of bruised blackcurrant leaves and grapefruit, frankly bitter. Best served on a sunny day.

Sûrote - elderflower berlinner weisse
Sour mixed-fermentation beer infused with elderflower. Citrusy and refreshing.
100% Geneva malt
IBU: 5 – 3.7% vol.

Charlie B. - roasted pumpkin ale
Blonde beer infused with hand-roasted potimarron. Subtle aromas and nice bitterness.
100% Geneva malt.

IBU: 25 – 4.6% vol.

L'Apicole - Braggot, collab' avec Père Jakob
Super-dry medieval honey beer made with linden honey, aged 18 months in white wine barrels. Disgorged and carbonated using the traditional Champagne method.
100% Geneva malt, 100% local honey.
IBU: 5 – 11.2% vol.
Our craft beers contain no additives or preservatives and are not pasteurized. Unfiltered and bottle-conditioned, it is normal that they to present a yeast sediment, which is why they should be stored upright, cool, and away from light.
